Classic Saison aromas of subtle lemon, pepper and grass are complemented by the apple notes from the cider barrels and some malty sweetness. Small touch of barnyard and earth can be detected as well. A spritzy mouthfeel from the high carbonation with a dry effervescent finish, EZRA provides flavours similar to that of the aroma with a touch more cider characteristics.
